Do I have to attend family mediation?

Participation in mediation is voluntary at all times and participants
and the mediator are always free to withdraw. If a mediator considers
that a participant is unable or unwilling to take part in the process
freely and fully, he or she must raise the issue and possibly suspend
or terminate the mediation.
