Cornelius Parker has specialised in developing a range of techniques to help companies deal with difficult, protracted employee disputes. These disputes can range from an indiscretion in the Board room to persistent lateness of a junior member of staff and can encompass individuals or groups. Cornelius Parker uses three different approaches to workplace dispute resolution,
mediation, enquiry and investigation.

Mediation
As explained on our Mediation page, the process of mediation seeks to resolve difficulties between disputing parties without the traditional confrontational approach used in the courts and employment tribunals.

Enquiry
This technique has been developed by Cornelius Parker and is largely taking the place of the traditional investigation. It draws heavily on the skills of the mediator to probe and identify the underlying causes of a dispute in a sensitive fact finding way.

Investigation
When a company wishes only to be informed about the facts of an allegation so that they can take action as they see fit, Cornelius Parker can offer investigation services. Our mediators are very experienced in collating facts in an objective and concise way and reports are written in a format approved by the company. Our aim is always to provide a clear, focussed, objective and accurate account upon which the Company can rely.
